Charles Avutia is a Postgraduate Diploma holder from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He also holds a diploma in Management from the London Chamber of commerce and industry. He has over 14 years lecturing in marketing and marketing related courses.
Mr. Avutia has worked as a Business Development Manager Director and sales and marketing manager in a number of companies. He now works as a consultant in strategic marketing and facilitates in a number of seminars and workshops.
He also lectures both CIM professional Diploma and Chartered Postgraduate Diploma at ICE.

Margie has successfully completed a Hotel Excellence Travel Agent Training Program by Marriot Hotels, a comprehensive destination specialist course of travel and tourism in South Africa and listed as a SA Travel Expert on their website – www.safundi.net. She has over fifteen years of experience in the service industry and is currently serving as a Sales & Marketing Manager in a private firm in the Tourism & Hospitality sector.

Deepa Shah holds a Chartered Marketer status and is currently pursuing MSC in Marketing, distance learning through the University of Leicester. She has worked in different fields, FMCG and Pharmaceutical manufacturing. Deepa has been lecturing since 2008 and the students just love her.
